I am Margot, founder & designer at studio mmooy. Since graduating with a doubel MA in Communications and Marketing and a specialisation in Growth Hacking, I’ve worked as a UX lead for an e-commerce company in Amsterdam.
But, I hated (understatement) my 9-5 life.
I felt worn out, uninspired and restless so I started traveling (yes, with a backpack to South-East Asia - cliché much?) while starting out this thing called being a digital nomad and pursuing my passion: building a design studio. And guess what, I’ve never looked back and I’ve never been happier. I managed to build my dream life and work with the most amazing clients, worldwide.

what's in a name?
studio mmooy is inspired by the Dutch word "mooi," meaning "beautiful," combined with my last name, "Moyaert."
